Stardew Valley was last updated on Feb 26, 2020 and is available for download here in version 1.4. The save editor was also updated to 1.2 which you can find at the softclicker site

In “Stardew Valley” you have to rebuild your grandfather’s old farm. To do this, you can grow fields, breed animals and craft useful tools. In addition to these “Basics”, “Stardew Valley” offers a lot more.
A big part of the game is also the interaction with the local community: With more than 30 individually designed characters, it certainly doesn’t get boring in the small village “Stardew Valley”. The game world shines with numerous details and nice animations, which fit well with the lovingly designed pixel graphics.
